Team Building

Scroll down

All team building activities are designed to increase the level of performance in delivering business objectives. We work with teams to establish current strengths and to identify where opportunities lie in further development.

Our team building events consist of a mixture of learning about

Why the team operates in its current form, A look at key influences and stakeholders, A view on the future direction of the team An understanding of what needs to be done to get there.

Along this journey, we encourage participation from all members

of a team. This includes working in pairs/trios or in small groups

to complete hands-on problem-solving exercises and tasks.

These will be developed to suit your organisation’s needs.

If relationship building is important to you and your team, we

have plenty of tried and tested activities up our sleeve!

One certainty in life is that there will always be change and this is true in organisations today if they want to remain viable and competitive. We recognise that change can be challenging time. We can support you and your team from the very beginning when the need for change is identified, to designing the future shape of the organisation. We can also guide you through the consultation process and help you to win the hearts and minds of the team.

We can help you to improve team effectiveness through a number of different interventions. We can help you to examine how effective your team is in delivering its objectives. We can guide you through an assessment of the contribution that each role plays in the team and measure the outputs that each post-holder makes in reality. This involves identifying barriers to success and finding ways to overcome them. We have found the results of this have been the re-distribution of workload, review of job roles and identifying new ways of working smarter rather than harder.
