job analysis, job descriptions, person specifications, advertisements, short-listing, designing interview questions, assessing job suitabilityWe can also advise on the use of different selection methods, such as
presentations, work-based assessment, role-plays, coaching exercises
and time-bound problem solving activities.
Our approach is thorough and our assessment criteria are fair and clear. As a result, we have helped organisations to appoint the right people at the right time, at the right place and at the right cost.
These are used to identify talent for the future using similar assessment methods that are used for recruitment. Following an assessment centre, we produce individual development plans to identify the skills and experiences people need to become future leaders.
We are qualified level A and B assessors and registered with the British Psychological Society. This means that we can offer you a range of assessment tools that can be used for development purposes or for selection. This includes assessment of aptitude using for example numerical or verbal reasoning tests and assessment of personality using personality trait profiles. We always offer individual feedback to people who take tests.

Succession Planning
We can help your organisation plan for known skill shortages
and effectively respond to unexpected vacancies. This
involves having a system that prompts line managers to
identify people who have the skill and the will to move into
positions in the future. We have found that succession plans
work well where they are embraced at the very top of an
organisation and then cascaded throughout the business.
We recommend that these are reviewed quarterly, so that
the information is kept alive and valid.
