Our Background

We have over 35 years of experience between us gained in Human Resources and Development roles within a range of dynamic companies. Our portfolio covers the retail industry, the travel sector, the NHS and charitable organisations. We are highly motivated and take pride in our work.

We have joined forces to provide excellent HR support for businesses who do not want to buy an ‘off the shelf’ package. We are committed to developing interventions that meet our customers’ needs.



It is very important to us that we gain an understanding of your

appropriate interventions that suit your time-frame and budget.

We do not deliver ‘off the shelf’ programmes because we believe

that through working with you, we can offer great solutions,

which will deliver the results that you want.

Key achievements include:

coached senior managers involving 360 degree feedback, introduced an ‘accelerated learning group’ to develop store managers for fast track promotion implemented a development programme for 35 junior managers, accredited by the Institute of Leadership Management to improve management competence.supported managers through redundancy consultation processes so that 150 redundancies were managed effectively and sensitively, managed the successful introduction of a performance review process.

Current portfolio includes:

developing groups of managers through an accredited programme regular policy training at a large educational establishmentLecturer on the CIPD accredited Certificate in Personnel Practice at the City of Bristol College.

A keen interest and energy for management development which has been enhanced by achieving a Masters Degree in Management Development and Organisational Change.

developed a programme for customer facing staff at a local large employer on customer care skillsexpert advice to senior managers on the recruitment and selection of a key post holder in a high profile organisation, including designing a competency framework, job analysis and selection processesproviding coaching for executive directors.
